New Supplier Registration
Welcome to the HKJC New Supplier Registration. The purpose of this website is to provide you all the forms and information that you need to register as a potential supplier to HKJC.
To complete the Supplier Registration Process, you will need to do the following:
Step 1 Complete Supplier Registration Forms
Click Supplier Registration Application Form and Supplier Declaration to complete the e-fillable forms.
*Note to Supplier: Save the forms to your computer before completing it

Step 2 Provide Supplier Proof Document
Supplier need to provide the information as a proof for registration:

Business Registration Certification from HKSAR Government if you are registered in Hong Kong

Certificate of Incorporation and NAR1 (Annual Return) for Limited Company registered in Hong Kong

Certificate of Incorporation/Business Certificate and List of Directors for other Company registered other than Hong Kong

Bank Account Proof for payment purpose e.g. Bank Letter or Head of Bank Statement (issued within last 90 days, document shall be signed or stamped by bank clearly showing bank’s name, address and logo)

Company Letter with Company Chop and authorized signature to confirm Bank Details
Step 3 Submit to HKJC

Supplier need to return the Forms and Supplier Proof Document by email as follows:

If your supplier registration is NOT REFERRED by the staff from the HKJC, email to : supplierportal@hkjc.org.hk

If your supplier registration is REFERRED by the staff from HKJC, email to the referral's email and supplierportal@hkjc.org.hk
